Judith Yarbrough was deserted by her parents in Rowan County, NC. In the Minutes of the Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions dated Monday, 20 September 1816:

"The Court binds Judith Yarbrough a child deserted by its parents, to Reubin Yarbrough, and cancels the indenture of Benjamin Cowan & releases him from the same."

In May of 1815, she had been bound to Benjamin Cowan and the Court stated her age at 15 years on September 20th.

Judith married Wiley R TREXLER. (Wiley R TREXLER was born about 1805 in Pennsylvania and died between 1861-1870 in Crittenden Co AR.)
